TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions of Service apply to all services provided by AshleyCanDesign Co.

PROJECT ACCEPTANCE

At the time of proposal, AshleyCanDesign Co will provide the client with an estimate or quotation upon completion of a design questionnaire.
TIMEFRAME & DELIVERY

AshleyCanDesign Co will provide concepts and revisions to clients within the timeframes agreed upon in initial consultations. If AshleyCanDesign Co is experiencing higher work volumes, your design will be scheduled for the soonest available design time slot, and you will be notified at the earliest possible time.

DESIGN CHARGES

Charges for design services to be provided by AshleyCanDesign Co will be set out in the written estimate or quotation that is provided to the client. At the time of the client’s acceptance of this estimate or quotation, indicating acceptance of the Terms & Conditions, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quoted fee will become immediately due. Work on the project will not commence until AshleyCanDesign Co has received this amount. Complimentary artwork is limited to a set number of given revisions. AshleyCanDesign Co has the right to refuse additional artwork / revisions.​
PAYMENT

The client will be provided with two design options. At the time of approval, the remainder of the amount due will become payable. Payments may be made via cash, PayPal or previously agreed electronic funds transfer. Publication or release of work done by AshleyCanDesign Co on behalf of the client, may not take place before cleared funds have been received. Once payment has been made, there will be no reimbursement of funds unless agreed by AshleyCanDesign Co.
REVISIONS

The client agrees that changes required over and above the estimated work or required to be carried out after acceptance of the draft design will be liable to a separate charge. The client also agrees that AshleyCanDesign Co holds no responsibility for any changes made by any third party, before or after a design is published.
ABANDONED PROJECTS

A project shall be considered abandoned after 30 consecutive days have passed since the last communication received from the client. In all abandoned projects, deposits are forfeit without option for reclamation. Any renewal of the project after termination will require a new agreement and deposit.
